Transform Your Game

Individual Coaching Session Packages are designed to assess your game, plan a pathway to success and teach you the skills to get there. Each package begins with an on-course and TPI assessment to determine your goals, areas of your game that need improvement and any limitations that may exist. From there, I will build a coaching and practice plan around your individual goals and what I know it will take to get you to achieve those goals. We will work together on improving not only your technical game, but the most commonly over looked areas of mental, strategic, emotional and physical.

Adult Group Coaching Program

These will not be your typical “group” lessons. You will be a part of a team, learning together and from each other, many of the overlooked areas of the game. This is a flexible program in which groups are created based on skill level and student availability: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Competitive and Evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Coach Kate will start by taking you on course for a 9 hole assessment and create an individualized improvement program to help you reach your goals. She will then personalize your purposeful practice routine which will take place once per week. These once per week, hour and a half, group coaching sessions are conducted in a collegiate style practice environment that allows for consistency, camaraderie and more time with me supervising your practice. This will give you the opportunity to learn a new skill and then explore practice with my supervision which increases your chances of proper practice and retaining the skill.

Sessions take place at our short game area and on course which will allow for not only technical aspects of the game to be explored but also physical, mental, emotional and strategical. Most golfers focus solely on their technical game. Kate is interested in improving your game in the areas you have not yet thought about. Our main goal will be for you to become your own coach and an expert at self-correction. But most importantly, for you to better enjoy the game of golf.

There will be 6-8 students per group. If you are interested, please sign up online, indicate your ability level and availability. Kate will then form groups based on those two main factors as well as any special requests. Each program will run for 8 consecutive weeks with the exception of any holidays, special course events, etc.

Note: If you are unable to attend a session, there will be a couple set dates throughout the season to make up your missed session
